About Eric

Eric has been a cornerstone of Lapp Tannehill for an incredible 40 years! He and his wife Monica have been married for 31 of those years, and together they’ve raised two sons — Sam (28) and Max (25). In a family full of baseball talent, Sam plays professionally for the Houston Astros and Max for the Boston Red Sox. Eric and Monica are also excited to welcome their future daughter-in-law, Lexi, into the family.

At home, life is kept lively by their two White Labradors, Maverick (10) and Wrangler (2). When he’s not cheering from the stands at his sons’ games, you’ll find Eric tinkering with his prized 1969 Road Runner — taking it to car shows or working on it in the garage.

He’s also the family’s go-to handyman. As Eric laughs: “I’m like Bob the Builder.” He’s remodeled numerous houses — all unpaid, of course — has no shortage of projects lined up for him!

What Eric Loves About His Role

Eric says he has essentially “been here most of my life” — and he means it. Starting in 1985, he’s watched LAPP Tannehill grow over four decades and takes tremendous pride in that journey.

“I enjoy helping people find solutions to problems. That’s been the most rewarding part for me.”

What Eric values most is the people — colleagues and customers alike. He appreciates the collaborative, supportive culture here and the long-term relationships he’s built over the years. Eric thrives when there’s open communication and good teamwork, and he’s always ready to roll up his sleeves and tackle challenges together.
