Access your account information whenever you want to take a look at current orders and order history, make changes to your existing orders, add to favorites, view tracking info on placed orders, view and email order acknowledgement and invoices, convert quotes to orders, and more.

View Order History

'Historical Orders’ refers to closed orders that have already shipped. If you click on ‘Historical Orders’ under 'Inquiries' on the left-hand panel, then you can view an ‘Order History Summary’.

'Order History Summary' shows a summary of your order history including your Order Number, Invoice Number, P/O Number, dates associated, and UPS/FedEx tracking info.

The ‘UPS/FedEx Tracking Info’ will show individual shipping information for each order.

View Tracking Info

Once you click on ‘Track Your Order’, then you can view ‘Via Shipment Tracking’, which shows you URLs that link directly to the UPS or FedEx website where you can find details on your estimated delivery date and time.

View Order History Details

If you click on an order under the ‘Order Number’ column when viewing the ‘Order History Summary’, you can see further details of the order in ‘Order History Detail’.

View Invoices

If you click on 'Invoices' under 'Inquiries' on the left-hand panel, then you can view your 'Invoice Summary’.

If you click on the orange button that says ‘Filter’, then fields will be visible above your ‘Current A/R Balances’ where you can search by: Invoice Number, Invoice Date Ranges, Order Date Ranges, Order Number, Quote Number, Customer PO Number, Sort, Ship-To, and Invoice Status.

Under the search fields you can view ‘Current A/R Balances’, which shows you a balance summary of Future, Current, 1-30 Days, 31-60 Days, and Over 60 Days.

In this ‘Invoice Summary’ view, you can see also see all invoice information such as Invoice Number, Order Number, P/O Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Ship Date, Balance Due, Cumulative Balance, and more.

Print and Email Invoices

When clicking on the any of the invoices under the ‘Invoice Number’ column, then you will see the ‘Invoice Detail’. If you click on the orange ‘View’ button, the portal will show you pop-up window of the ‘Invoice’ of the order where you can either print or email the document.
