LAPP Tannehill hires District Sales Manager for South NV & Los Angeles

Join us in welcoming Diana Velasquez to the LAPP Tannehill team! She’s our new District Sales Manager responsible for managing accounts in South Nevada and the Los Angeles area.

Where are you from and where do you live now?
I’m originally from Southern California. I moved to Las Vegas in 2006.

Pets/Family?
My husband and I have a puggle named Milo, 2 kids still in school and 3 grown kids.

What are your hobbies?
Disneyland trips and snowboarding.

What are your favorite and/or recommended books, movies, tv series, or podcasts?
Anything true crime or health/medical related.

What is one thing that motivates you every day?
Being a good example for my teenagers.

Where is the best place you've traveled to?
Rome, I loved the historical sites and architecture.

If you could give your younger self advice, what would it be?
Take chances and don’t wait for the right moment.

What is/was your dream career and why?
Anything that gives me a variety of things to do and people to see, I’m not meant for strictly a desk job.

What are past positions you've held in your career? And what skills/experience do you bring to this position?
I’ve worked as a global marketer,  a sales analyst, inside sales, outside sales.  Pretty much only in sales.

Where did you go to college and what did you major in?
UNLV - Hospitality

What are you excited about at LAPP Tannehill?
The wide variety of products to be able to offer and using the knowledge I gained from working at Lapp USA for almost 5 years.
