LAPP Tannehill Hires Customer Operations Manager

LAPP Tannehill has hired a Customer Operations Manager to manage the new org restructure of our Inside Sales team which has evolved into Sales Operations Representatives and Customer Success Reps. Welcome Korri Corrigan to the team!

Where did you go to college and what did you major in?
I studied Communications at Augsburg University in Minneapolis, MN.

What are past positions you've held in your career? And what skills/experience do you bring to this position?
Past positions I've held have all included Customer Service and Sales Support Management, with a focus on Operations.

What’s something new you’re hoping to learn in this role? 
Excited to be in a new industry and to learn more about the product and application for our customers.

What’s your favorite part about working in your field? 
Being able to work so closely with all departments in the company, yet still being able to interact with the customer.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? What are your hobbies/passions?
I keep busy with house and DIY projects - which often results in equal parts joy and frustration throughout the journey :)

Do you have a favorite book, movie, or TV show at the moment?
I am a fan of anything on Apple TV - currently watching Disclaimer.

What is one thing that motivates you every day? 
My family.

Where is the best place you’ve traveled to?
My favorite place to travel to is the Dominican Republic, however, the best trip I have been on was during college when I traveled to Brazil.
