Coronavirus / COVID-19 Update
Keeping our customers up-to-date on the ongoing COVID-19 situation is a top priority for Lapp Tannehill. As we monitor the situation closely, we are taking necessary measures to ensure there is no disruption to our customers and making sure that our customers, employees, and communities are safe.
Supply Chain
Maintaining our supply chain is a priority for us and we are in continuous communication with suppliers and transportation partners. In the event a manufacturing partner is affected by the outbreak, we are utilizing secondary sources to ensure a constant supply chain.
As of today, we have not recorded any specific disruptions of our upstream supply chain (incoming goods from suppliers). Shipments to our customers are still flowing and only a select few suppliers have experienced significantly longer lead times. The situation is fluid and if we are informed of delays we will pass that information along to our customers as soon as possible.
Employee Health and Safety
We are taking precautions to ensure our employees’ health and safety in order to continue providing reliable and timely service to our customers.
Where appropriate we have implemented remote work protocols to continue timely communication with our customers without interruption. Social-distancing and cleaning/disinfecting protocols have been implemented throughout our facilities for the remaining workers within our offices and warehouses. Lastly, we have provided COVID-19 educational and awareness materials to all employees.Â
Continued Communication
We will continue to follow CDC guidelines and adjust our policies and communicate with our customers on any changes. Please let your Lapp Tannehill sales representative know if anything changes within your work situation (communication methods, delivery or visitor guidelines, etc.).
We want to thank you for being a customer of Lapp Tannehill and for your patience and understanding during this fast-changing, challenging time. Together, our communities can work together to stop the spread of this pandemic illness.
