Category 6 “Augmented” is a 23 AWG twisted pair network (Ethernet) cable, and is one of the newer types of network cabling out on the marketing today. It provides superior performance compared to past Ethernet offerings; up to 10 Gbps over longer runs. Shielded/Unshielded, Plenum/Riser variants are available in almost every color.
