Single-Wall Heat Shrink Tubing

DSG Single wall tubingDSG-Canusa's single-wall heat shrink tubing insulates, provides strain relief, and protects against mechanical damage and abrasion. DSG-Canusa products meet common industry standards including UL, CSA, and SAE AS23053. There are many product options depending on the application requirements. Important criteria to consider are:

  • Operating Temperature: Ranging from -67°F to 275°F (-55°C to 135°C)
  • Shrink Ratio: 2:1, 3:1, or higher
  • Flammability Resistance: Non-flame-retardant and flame-retardant options available
  • Flexibility: Semi-rigid, flexible, or highly flexible
  • Shrink Temperature: Low shrink temperatures available for application on sensitive components
  • Color: Clear, black, white, yellow, red, orange, blue, green, purple, brown, and custom color requests
  • Sizes: From 3/64" to 5"

DSG Dual Wall Tubing

Dual-Wall Heat Shrink Tubing

Adhesive-lined heat shrink tubing is a dual-wall cross-linked polyolefin tube extruded with an inner layer of adhesive. The tubing seals and protects against corrosion, and is most frequently applied on terminals, connectors, and splices to provide an environmental seal - made possible when the inner layer of adhesive melts, flows, encapsulates, and bonds to the substrate - creating a seal to withstand the toughest environmental conditions. This dual wall tubing prevents moisture intrusion, which can affect electrical performance and initiate corrosion.

LAPP Tannehill is a trusted distributor of DSG-Canusa with the following single-wall and dual-wall tubing solutions:
