How would you describe the company culture at LAPP Tannehill, and what makes it a rewarding place to work?

How do you define successful leadership at the upper management level?

While meeting financial metrics is an important measure of success, I believe true leadership goes beyond the numbers. At LAPP Tannehill, we believe successful leadership is reflected in a team that feels empowered to make a difference in our customers’ work and finds joy and fulfillment in their roles. Leadership is about creating an environment where people can thrive and excel.
