TTMS-MP tubing is a semi-flattened, heat-shrinkable tubing intended for wire and cable identification. Available in continuous spools only, TTMS-MP tubing is designed for computer-based printing using a T2000CT-PRINTER. However, the real advantage of TTMS-MP is the ease with which it slips over wires due to its oval shape. The product format makes TTMS-MP identification tubing ideal for applications where in-sequence kitting is not of over-riding importance, for example where several hundred identical markers are required. TTMS-MP comes in spools of 50 and 100 meters, which minimize the number of spool changes necessary during a printing run. The installed markers are low profile and lightweight, and in addition to identification, may also be used to provide insulation and strain relief.

TTMS-MP Heat Shrinkable Tubing

HXCT low fire hazard continuous tubing is a flattened, heat-shrinkable tubing intended for wire and cable harness identification. The product format makes it suitable for applications, in which in-sequence kitting is not of over-riding importance, for example where several hundred identical markers are required. It can also be used for applications where limited fire hazard characteristics are necessary. The zero halogen material coupled with low smoke and low toxic fume emissions make this product best used in enclosed spaces such as mass transit, marine and industrial installations. HXCT continuous tubing is designed for computer-based printing using a range of printers.

This family of high-performance, medical-grade, heat-shrinkable, single-wall tubing is made of a material formulation that meets the requirements of USP Class VI for medical uses. Applications include surgical and electrosurgical instruments, diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, catheter systems, laboratory equipment, sensors, and food processing equipment. All Altera tubings can be sterilized by ethylene oxide (ETO), or by gamma or electron beam radiation; some types can be sterilized by steam or dry heat.

Raychem brand Versaflex sleeving is suited for the mechanical protection of wire harnesses and hoses, and all other applications where the highest level of flexibility and abrasion/cutthrough resistance is required. Versaflex sleeving serves as an economical means for wire bundling that will not trap heat or moisture, expanding easily to fit over irregular shapes, then contracting to conform to substrates. Versaflex sleeving comes in a flame-retardant (FR) version which meets the UL VW-1 flammability requirement. Versaflex sleeving must be cut with a hot knife to prevent fraying. This product is a cold applied expandable sleeving (non-heat shrink).

These bolts are designed for solar module grounding applications using solid copper uninsulated 6 AWG to 12 AWG wire. The grounding assembly consists of a wire bolt (wire slot on one end and threaded post on the other), wire binding hex nut, and mounting hex washer nut.
